I am sure you are extremely concerned about the current crisis, which is why I am writing to let you know how we as a company are responding, and the actions we are taking to keep our colleagues and customers safe.
On Monday night the Prime Minister announced new social distancing measures which will have a profound impact on our way of life over the next few weeks, and maybe longer.
Following the announcement, the Government published a list of business that are considered essential. That list includes Mobility Aids & Equipment suppliers.
Aids4Mobility are therefore considered an essential business in supporting the public during this time.
I am confident that the measures we are putting in place, will help support essential mobility, whilst also protecting the safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues.
How are we keeping customers and colleagues safe?
To keep operations running as smoothly as possible, we must answer the immediate needs of our dedicated, hardworking colleagues. Decisions have been made to determine who can work remotely and who we need on site. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our team and we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure this.
Orders are continuing to be processed and shipped on a daily basis. The courier & delivery networks are operating as normal. We are not currently experiencing any major issues with deliveries.
Due to an increase in demand for online shopping at this time, the decision was made not offer next day deliveries. Due to COVID-19 and circumstances changing frequently. Please be patient waiting for your delivery.
