We do not hold any of your financial information (Credit or Debit Card details).
For customers wishing to declare VAT Exemption, we will also collect the following information, which we are legally obliged to record and provide to HMRC, if requested: Name, Address, Nature of the Illness/Disability, Self-declaration of eligibility to claim VAT Exemption.
